Earlier this week, news broke that Duane “Dog” Chapman was hospitalized following a heart-related health scare.

Amid the crisis, Bonnie Chapman, daughter to Duane and the late Beth Chapman, took to social media to post a throwback photo of her family accompanied by a sweet message towards her father.

According to TMZ, Duane was hospitalized on Saturday in Colorado after experiencing chest pains, and doctors are now contemplating whether the bounty hunter will require heart surgery.

“I can confirm Dog is under doctor’s care and is resting comfortably,” his representative said in a statement. “Thank you for all of your well wishes — keep ’em coming.”

The Chapman family has since held their silence in regard to the health emergency. Bonnie Chapman, however, posted a sweet throwback photo of her and her family.

The photo shows Bonnie as a baby, sitting on her father's lap, along with Beth Chapman standing near with her sister, Cecily Chapman. The 20-year-old captioned the photo with a loving, simple message towards her father: "Love you, pops ❤️,” she wrote.

Duane’s heart issues come almost three months following the death of matriarch Beth Chapman. Beth died on June 26th this year following a two year battle with throat cancer at the age of 51. Opening up about his wife’s death, Duane told People last month that the overwhelming support he has received from fans has helped him cope with the tragedy.

“She had 30 million hits on her articles, that’s like unbelievable,” he told People. “So that means a lot. Your fans keep you going, keep you alive, keep you happy, are your friends that you meet, so that helped her a lot too, with the battle. And now it’s helping me with this battle.”

We hope Dog makes a speedy recovery and is able to return to bounty hunting as soon as possible. Make sure you pass this along to your friends and family and show the Chapman family support in their trying times.
