On the popular television series "My 600-lb Life," participants meet with a doctor and come up with a weight loss plan to help them get their lives back on track. When Nicole Lewis appeared on the show in 2017, she was only 23-years-old and weighed 700-pounds. When she first met with Dr. Younan Nowzaradan in season 5 of the series, he put Lewis on a strict diet and helped her lose enough weight to safely have gastric sleeve surgery.

Thanks to Dr. Nowzaradan's help and the success of the procedure, Lewis was able to lose a considerable amount of weight. She dropped 326-pounds and is still working to lose more. Despite her positive results from being on the show, the process of filming was hard for Lewis, and she doesn't enjoy watching her episode.

Viewers of the show may remember that every episode has a shower scene to show what the participants' lives are really like. During Lewis's episode, it was revealed that she no longer fits in her bathroom at home, so she must shower outside with a hose. The mother of two explained that this was very embarrassing for her and that point in her life was her rock bottom.

Now that Lewis has lost so much weight, she is doing much better and has been updating her fans about her life on social media. She shared that she has been looking for a new job and is enjoying taking care of her kids. Keep reading to find out more about Lewis and to see her weight-loss transformation.

Lewis has been very open about her experience appearing on "My 600-lb Life." In an interview with Rover Radio from 2017, she shared: "When they came to my house, they were like, 'Okay, we have to do a shower scene, we have to do real-life stuff ... for you to be a part of this process."

The mother continued, "I sat and thought about it for the longest time. And it was either, me not let them do that, and me not get the help, and possibly not be around another year, or just to let it happen." She did add that the crew of the show were caring and respectful during filming, and she felt they wanted to help her help herself.

Looking back at her episodes on the series, Lewis still wishes she could change some things. The List reported that she shared in a now-deleted Facebook post: "I hate the episode because that was a point in my life where ... I shouldn't have existed other than for my children. I was an annoyance to my family, is what I felt."

Lewis is still happy in her relationship. In 2019, she also posted on Facebook that she was celebrating her six-year anniversary with her boyfriend, Charlie. The deleted or hidden post said:

"Charlie's here for me and stuff, but he's kinda happy where he's at in his life with his weight … so I'm kinda stuck doing everything on my own now."

The following year, Lewis posted comparison photos of herself in 2016 and 2020 to show off her weight loss transformation. According to The List, the post read:

"I may not be even close to where I'm supposed to be, but this comparison shows ... that I'm sure as heck not where I began in 2016."
