Bell was the obvious choice to partner with Fallon on this rendition. The much-anticipated sequel to "Frozen" is out in theaters on November 22. As the voice of Princess Anna in both movies, Bell is synonymous with Disney. She has also been keeping busy as host and executive producer of the reality series called "Encore!" The show reunites former high school students to produce encores of their school musicals. The show is set to begin streaming over the next few weeks on Disney's new streaming service, Disney+.

Fallon and Bell impressed audience members with a medley of 17 songs, beginning with the 1940 classic, “When You Wish Upon a Star." The two performed the greatest hits over the decades of Disney music, including “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," “Part of Your World," “Beauty and the Beast," “Can You Feel the Love Tonight," “You’ve Got a Friend in Me," and more. Also included in the medley were the most popular songs from the original "Frozen," "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" and "Let it Go," as well as the new song from the Frozen franchise, entitled "Into the Unknown."

Bell said that her two young daughters have already seen the movie. Lincoln and Delta were not huge fans of the first movie but already know all of the songs to the second movie.

If you are a fan of Bell, Fallon, or Disney, then you definitely need to check out this fabulous medley. After you have watched the performance, spread the joy to everyone else in your social network and get ready for the upcoming release of "Frozen 2."
