As the Bryant family still tries to come to grasps with the tragic loss of Kobe and Gianna, matriarch Vanessa, 37, has posted a video showing her 7-month old Capri standing up for the very first time.

Kobe and Gianna died in a helicopter crash on January 26 this year. They are survived by Kobe’s wife Vanessa and their daughters Capri, Natalia and Bianka.

Vanessa Bryant took to Instagram this week to post a video showing 7-month-old Capri standing up for the very first time.

The video showed Capri with her auntie Ri-Ri, who held up her arms to guide her in standing up.

The 37-year-old mentioned little Capri looks just like her sister Gigi, only with Kobe’s eyes.

"My Koko Bean,” Vanessa captioned the post. “She looks just like my Gigi with her daddy's eyes."

Capri, whose full name is Capri Kobe, is affectionately called ‘Koko’ by her family.

In another more recent post, Vanessa wrote an emotional caption attached to a video featuring Gianna describing her struggle to cope with the loss of her daughter.

“I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me,” she wrote. “It feels wrong. Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity?! I’m so mad. She had so much life to live.”
