Kobe Bryant's Daughter Natalia Resembles Dad As She Gets Ready For 12th Grade

In a recent photo posted to Instagram, comparisons are being drawn between Kobe Bryant and his eldest daughter Natalia. The photo was taken to announce Natalia's graduation into the 12th grade, as she held up a sign signaling she was heading back to school.
Fans were quick to point out the family resemblance between father and daughter, while Natalia was beaming with her big smile.

Posted to TheYBF Instagram account, the image shows a glowing Natalia with a big smile holding up a sign that says:
"Back to school 2020
The year looks different but I will succeed."

Donning casual tie-dyed sweats and glasses, Natalia is truly beaming in the photo and looks prepared for the school year ahead. Judging from the photo, it appears to have been first posted by her mother and Kobe's widow, Vanessa Bryant, on her private Instagram page and was then reposted to TheYBF account. Vanessa's caption to the photo reads:
"Our #senior @NataliaBryant #12thgrade #distancelearning #backtoschool 📚#KobeBryantDay ❤️"
Natalia shares the same smile as Kobe
Many fans commented on the resemblance Natalia bears to her father, and it looks to be down to her smile. Her wide smile extends up to her eyes, making her face very approachable and friendly—and it's exactly how Kobe's warm smile used to be.
Some fans commented on the resemblance, with one writing:
"Her Dad’s twin, so pretty! 💞"
While another wrote:

A tribute to Kobe
On what would have been Kobe's 42nd birthday on August 23, Vanessa posted a heartfelt message on her Instagram, saying how much she missed Kobe and her daughter Gianna, who was 13 years old and also passed away in the helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.
Kobe's birthday prompted a number of celebrities to post their own tributes including singer Ciara, who shared a touching photo of her, Vanessa, and two young children. In the caption she wrote:
"Seeing you and the girls smile makes my heart smile. You’re the toughest mama I know. Seeing you put one foot forward each day is admirable. It ain’t easy, but if I know one thing, Mamba Queen’s capable of it all. Love you V. @VanessaBryant. #MambaDay 💜💛"
Vanessa puts measures in place
A few months following the tragic helicopter crash that took the lives of Kobe and Gianna, as well as seven others, Vanessa took to Instagram to announce that she would be blocking fan accounts of her late husband and daughter, as the pop-ups were painful reminders as her family was trying to heal. Natalia reposted the announcement, which is certainly understandable considering what the family is going through.
