Kobe And Vanessa Bryant's Daughter Capri Takes First Steps

This Memorial Day weekend, Vanessa Bryant took to social media and shared a special video of her 11-months-old daughter Capri’s first steps. The little tyke looked just a small bit unstable on her legs yet as she toddled into her mother’s waiting arms.

In the video shared via Instagram, Capri can be seen standing in the arms of her aunt Sophie Laine, Vanessa Bryant’s sister. The 11-months-old is clearly still a bit new to standing upright and keeping her balance, but she still leaves her aunt’s arms to make her way towards her mom. The video was filmed in a living room by another family member.

Vanessa Bryant captured the video with the words:

My baby!!!! So proud of my Koko Bean ❤️🤩Capri took her first steps from her auntie Sophie to mama today. 🌟🎉

Other family members can be heard cheering and applauding in the background when little Capri takes her first successful steps on her own. They may have been only four or five steps, but for an 11-months-old, they were surely quite big!

The proud mama never thought little Capri couldn’t do it, though. After cuddling her daughter, she happily exclaims: "I'm so proud of you! I knew you were gonna do it!" A child’s first steps are an important milestone and having so many family members around for it was surely uplifting. Auntie and mom certainly couldn't contain their happiness.
