Kelly Osbourne Unveils First Photo Of Her Baby Son With His ‘Forever’ Uncle Jack Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne may have gone through tough times in her life, but she has always managed to get back up and move forward each time. Aside from being the daughter of two famous personalities, she has also appeared in a reality show at such a young age, which means she has always been in the spotlight. Yet, despite having gone through the most difficult moments in life, Kelly always finds more reasons to live life to the fullest.

Both a singer and designer, Kelly is best known for being the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne. She rose to fame through the reality TV series "The Osbournes." She was only 17 years old when the series began in 2002, so in many ways, she had to grow up in the spotlight.

"I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life. I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem," she said.

After years of battling with diets and exercise plans, she decided that 2020 was going to be the year to turn things around.

The star documented her transformation on social media — revealing she had lost an incredible 85 pounds. Osbourne commented openly about how she felt during and after the process and is now relishing in the end result.

And her life has continued to change in remarkable ways since, as she is now a mom of one. While she received some backlash for announcing that she had no plans of breastfeeding her baby boy, Kelly made fans smile when she finally revealed a photograph of her precious son alongside his uncle Jack Osbourne.

In May 2022, Kelly announced that she was set to welcome her first baby.

“I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma. To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!” she said at the time of her announcement. 

In October 2022, Kelly revealed to Entertainment Tonight that she was expecting a baby boy with her boyfriend, Sid Wilson. According to the Daily Mail, their son’s name is Sidney.

But even before she had the opportunity to tell the world about the awesome news in her new role as a first-time mom to a baby boy, Kelly received a lot of criticism for a decision she made even before her child was born. 

Kelly, who appeared on “Red Table Talk,” revealed that she wouldn't breastfeed her baby, which many thought was something she should think about because of the benefits her baby could get from it. 

Kelly said, “I have chosen to stay on my medication instead of breastfeeding and the judgment that I have received from my friends and also extended family (is wild).” She added, “I’m like, ‘Don’t you think I know that?' What kind of mother am I gonna be if I start going backwards if I start being self-destructive?”

Kelly concluded, “It has to be what’s best for me, what’s gonna be the best for my baby,” she said. 

Fortunately, Kelly appears to be loving life as a mother despite any criticism thrown her way.

The Osbourne family has been very supportive of the first-time mom. Ozzy appeared to be very excited about announcing the gender of her baby than Kelly was as he shared the exciting news with everyone even before she had the chance to do so. 

Kelly was happy to have her parents around as she went through an exciting milestone in her life. 

"I'm really, really excited," she said. "And my parents have been incredible and been with me every step of the way on this journey, 'cause my boyfriend is in a band, they tour, so, he's hardly been here, so, every milestone I've kinda gone through with my dad, and he's been great, even though he sometimes says the wrong thing. I'll walk into the room and he'll go, 'Wow, you're big.' and I'm like, 'Thanks, Dad.'"

Kelly has been keeping much of her son’s life private, but on March 3, 2023, she delighted fans by uploading a photo of her baby on Instagram. The photo featured Kelly and her brother Jack – Sidney’s uncle – looking excited as Kelly held her son with only the top of his head and one of his tiny hands peeking into the frame. The caption stated:

“‘An uncle is a blessing. It means so many things. Words could never tell the joy an uncle brings. An uncle is a bond of faith that even time can’t sever, a gift to last all of our lives. An uncle is forever.’ – Irene Banks.”

While some people complained that the photo was a bit of a cop-out, others were just happy to see Kelly so excited about life as a mother. We can’t wait to see what adventures Kelly and her family will embark on together!
