Kelly Clarkson is the original American Idol, and she proves every time she gets on stage why she is deserving of the title. She recently performed a beautiful Christmas song with Pentatonix that had the audience in a festive mood right away.

Kelly and the group delivered a rendition of "My Grownup Christmas List" that was simply beautiful. Each component of the performance delivered their own unique vocal talents to the song.

The entire group gathered together in a restaurant in Las Vegas before they started singing. When guests saw them standing in a corner and heard them sing, they were surprised.

Pentatonix is known for the Christmas spirit that they deliver, but Kelly Clarkson offers her voice to the holiday as well with a few beautiful verses, such as "Silent Night" that was performed on CMT.

Kelly got to perform the song with Reba and Trisha Yearwood. Kelly has written songs for her husband and has sung to her children. It's the Christmas songs that hold more meaning for her as it's her favorite holiday.

When Kelly and the group started singing, they knew that the song held so much meaning for the people who heard the song because it was about what people want for Christmas as a grownup instead of what kids want under the tree.

When you listen to the song, you'll be reminded of the things that you should be thankful for and the things that are more important than toys and material possessions that are wrapped with paper.
