Over the 29 year lifespan of Kid Rock’s career, some might see this musician is known for his rock, hip hop, and even country style, as a master collaborator. With performances including such performers as Sheryl Crow, Yelawolf, and even the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Rock, 48, has dabbled in almost every genre.

Yelawolf known for his hip hop featured Rock on his aptly named “Let’s Rock” single while Crow performed with Rock on “Collide” and the 2001 hit song “Picture.” Yet it’s the musical rendition of “Picture” featuring Kellie Pickler that has everyone talking!

“Picture” is notably one of Rock’s most memorable songs. Originally released in 2001 on his album Cocky, it was first recorded with Sheryl Crow. Yet a dispute with Crow’s label soon had Rock re-recording the song with Allison Moorer to avoid legal troubles.

Over the years since the song’s release, the musician has performed this duet with many other singers from Martina McBride to Miranda Lambert.

A performance with Pickler at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, however, remains one of Rock’s most popular collaborations. Pickler, 32, is known as an American country artist and is most famous for the 2008 song, “Best Days of Her Life.”

This blonde bombshell is a native of North Carolina and with her bubbly personality, she easily captures the hearts of fans of all music genres. Adding her voice to Rock’s in their version of “Picture” simply makes magic happen!

With only the accompaniment of guitars played by Rock himself and Zac Brown from the Zac Brown Band, the vocalizations truly take the lead in the song.
