When you get 2 country stars on the same stage you end up getting a performance that nobody can forget!

When Faith Hill and Keith Urban took to the stage during the 2006 Grammy Awards, they let their talent be known to the world. The pair were both nominated for different awards that night.

The nominations for Hill included Best Female Country Vocal Performance, Best Country Album, and Best Country Collaborations while Urban had a nomination for Best Male Country Performance.

Both of them won an award that night but that's not the most exciting part of the evening!

A Performance And Night To Remember

Keith Urban began the performance on top of a metal structure singing "You'll Think of Me". He let his emotions show as he sang the song about heartbreak while stomping his feet and strumming his guitar frantically. His performance had mesmerized the audience who clapped and cheered at the end, but it wasn't over!

Faith Hill then strolled onto the stage as "You'll Think of Me" was ending holding her guitar and began belting out "The Lucky One" off her album Fireflies. This performance helped the song make it to the 5th spot on the charts, which was well deserved! While Urban accompanied her on stage with the song, he was not on the album version of the hit.

The Crowd Loved It!

Faith Hill was definitely the leader of the performance, but Urban's guitar solo and contributions to the chorus left the audience stunned! Before they could even finish, the crowd was already on their feet! While the crowd all loved it, Faith Hill's husband Tim McGraw was watching from the audience and showing his pride for his talented wife!

You can see the legendary collaboration that left the audience at the award show standing and cheering. Maybe you have someone in your life that is a fan of the singers that would love to see it as well! Maybe the two will get together for another collaboration later on, but until now everyone needs to see this performance!
