Keith Urban Collaborated With Pink To Deliver New Single 'One Too Many' At The ACM Awards

The Academy of Country Music Awards took place on September 16, 2020. Pop star P!nk and country musician Keith Urban were among the attendees, and they collaborated on a duet that left everyone yearning to see more from the duo. Fans were treated to a thrilling performance where the duo performed their single One Too Many.

Urban sang alongside P!nk as he played his guitar. P!nk's vocals merged with Urban’s voice, and the duet was beautiful. The pair might have offered a more intimate performance were it not for the coronavirus safety guidelines. During the performance, the pair stood apart and appeared to be separated by a virtual wall. But that did not prevent the duo from delivering an electric performance.

The video clip appeared on ACM Awards Instagram page with the caption, “Can I get an 'AMEN'.” The account manager further noted that the duo was “absolutely amazing.” Urban was the host for 2020’s ACM Awards, his first time holding such a role, according to Entertainment Tonight. The Awards ceremony was slated for April 2020, but the ongoing global pandemic led to its postponement. Instead of being held in Vegas as earlier planned, the event was held in Nashville. Before the event, Urban promised everybody to bring the best of Nashville.
One Too Many is a single on Urban’s upcoming album, The Speed of Now Part 1. He notes that it has been fun working with P!nk. Talking to Entertainment Tonight, Urban said that doing a song with P!nk was a great experience. For a long time, he confessed, he has admired P!nk's work and talent. He also admired her and hoped one day he would work with her.
P!nk is not new to country music, as she has worked with other country artists before. In 2016, P!nk collaborated with Kenny Chesney on his song, Setting the World on Fire. Later in 2019, she featured Chris Stapleton on her song, Love Me Anyway. She performed the song with Chris in the 2019 CMA Awards.
The performance with Urban was electric and intimate despite the distance they kept. P!nk and Urban are impeccable performers – Urban with his guitar and P!nk with her poise.
