Keith Urban And Nicole Kidman's Duet As Captured By Their Daughters Is Inspiring

Most people would be surprised to learn that Keith Urban is not the only great singer in his household. His wife, actress Nicole Kidman, is a talented singer in her own right.
Kidman demonstrated this gift through her performance in Moulin Rouge, the 2001 musical. Kidman showcased her tremendous singing skill while playing the role of Satine, a singer at the cabaret that is also the movie's namesake.
A few years later, Kidman treated us once more to a snippet of her singing ability. This time it was on a track made by her husband. The track is titled 'Female' and a close listen to the song will reveal Kidman's voice singing in the song's background.
Fans of Urban and Kidman longed to see the two perform on stage but knew it was unlikely to happen. The couple had performed together in the past but were known for being very private. Performances together are extremely rare.

This pattern is perhaps changing. Kidman joined her husband on stage a few months ago to sing a new song of his named 'Parallel Lines.' Kidman was visibly hesitant when first taking the stage. However, it did not take long for her to ease into the performance.
The couple later shared a second video of them singing 'Female' together. This thrilled fans who had never actually seen them perform together. The performance was to commemorate the Day of the Girl celebration that is recognized internationally.
The video shows the husband and wife team seated together at the piano. Urban begins to play the instrument while singing the melody. But this time instead of adding harmony as she did on the song's official track, Kidman provided melody along with her husband.
The performance is made even more touching by the fact that the video of the couple's singing was filmed by their two young daughters, Faith and Sunday.
The love the couple has for each other is clearly present in many of Urban's artistic creations. One example of this is the song 'Fighter.' Urban and Kidman once made a video that went viral of the two lip-synching the song in 2016.
