A royal expert told Express, that Kate and William will likely be carrying the burden of royal functions after Meghan and Harry step down. "Since there are some 230 which are effectively without a patron now that the Duke of York(Prince Andrew) has stepped down from royal duties and is unlikely ever to return to them, the likelihood is that William and Kate will take on more."

Although Kate's 24-hour tour was arranged before the Megxit announcement took place it goes to show, how hardworking the mom-of-three is no matter what they royal family situation.

"I want to hear the key issues affecting our families and communities so I can focus my work on where it is needed most," Kate said urging parents to take her survey. "My ambition is to provide a lasting change for generations to come.”
