She had been in Ireland for barely a day, but the Duchess of Cambridge was putting in effort to pay tribute to her host country through green-colored clothing and even shamrock earrings.

Having appeared in a gorgeous emerald dress on the first day of the royal tour, Kate accessorized her look on day two with shamrock earrings while attending official engagements with Prince William.

According to Hello!, the exquisite pair of jewelry has been identified as the Gold Mini Cupid Hoops With Baby Shamrock Charms by Daniella Draper which retail for $497.

Earlier that Tuesday, she had showcased another green ensemble; a beautiful peplum dress, which she layered on with a deep green coat.

Dubbed a fashion icon, Kate is known to take into consideration her clothing and accessories when visiting different countries. For instance, she wore a fern brooch while in New Zealand in 2014, and in 2016 advocated an Indian designer, Naeem Khan, during her and William’s India tour that year. Her wearing Ireland’s famous symbol this time comes almost expected, but in a subtle way.

On Tuesday night, the Duke and Duchess enjoyed a night at the Guinness Store's Gravity Bar, where they met people from a variety of sectors and even sampled a pint of Guinness.

The husband and wife have a busy schedule on the second day of their Ireland tour. They made their first stop to Jigsaw in Temple Bar the National Centre for Youth Mental Health in Ireland, where they met young people supported by the charity before travelling to County Kildare, where they visited a residential facility run by social justice charity Extern called Savannah House.

Ditching their dress shoes for rubber boots, they then proceeded to Research Farm in County Meath to learn more about sustainable farming across Ireland.

William and Kate will attend a reception in central Dublin, hosted by Tanaiste, Simon Coveney on Wednesday evening.

Kate’s fashion sense is timeless. We're looking forward to see what she will wear for day 3 of her visit to Ireland. What do you think of her look? Let us know in the comments.
