Kate Middleton and Prince William have been doing their bit to boost morale through this challenging time. The coronavirus has seen millions of people quarantine in their houses, and the royal couple has been giving interviews and phone calls from home, to support key workers and raise awareness about the importance of mental health.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are self-isolating with their three children Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 2, at Anmer Hall in Norfolk, UK. Kate earlier in the week wrote a letter to a London hospital calling their efforts to provide medical care and support for the nation "truly inspirational."

They spoke to the BBC about the challenges healthcare professionals are facing at this time, and called attention to their Every Mind Matters mental health initiative. The aim of this initiative is to provide a structure for others to improve their mental health and find support networks to help them.

Prince William said, "We felt very strongly that now more than ever this was a vital tool and a vital service that people could easily access at home to guide them and give them just some very basic tips to mind their mental health, to mind their mental wellbeing through this process."

Kate also said in her message, "Healthcare workers do an extraordinary job, and now I think all of us as a nation can really see how hard they work and how vital their work is." She added: "Please look after yourselves and each other and know the whole country is behind you." This is truly the sentiment that is being echoed around the world for all medical professionals and key workers.

It is great to see Kate and William using their time at home to express their gratitude to all front line workers on behalf of everyone. Share this story with anyone who needs an inspirational lift from the royals.
