The cast of ABC's "Modern Family" all have exceptionally comedic characters. You would be able to recognize the roles they play without much difficulty. What is even funnier is when the cast carry out impersonations of each other, which is what actress Julie Bowen did to her co-star Sofía Vergara on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

The majority of the cast were together for an interview on Ellen DeGeneres' show to discuss the upcoming season, reports CinemaBlend. Ellen began talking about Sofía's Colombian accent changing over the course of the series and joking about it becoming stronger than it was to begin with. She then asked the cast, out of everyone there, who could do the best impression of Sofía. Without a second of doubt everyone pointed to Julie.

It looks like the 50-year-old actress has been studying her co-star, Sofía Vergara, 47, very closely. So closely that she is able to pull off an incredibly realistic impression of her. Julie first explained that she would need a topic to be able to properly carry out the impression. Instead of making something up, she based it on an actual conversation she and Sofía had before the show.

The impression focused on Sofía's attire for the show, especially her thought process about choosing a cocktail dress. The audience was in stitches at how funny the conversation was, and how great the impression was! When asked about it, Sofía had to admit that Julie's recreation of their earlier conversation was completely true and she often discusses what to wear before the show, so that she can get it just right. And of course, a cocktail dress is just right for "The Ellen Show."
