John Stamos' Wife Posts Pic Of The Couple's 1-Year-Old Son Billy And Fans Gush Over Him

John Stamos' wife posted a new photo of her and The “Full House” actor's son. Stamos had shared last year that he feels he was always meant to be a father.  The TV star and his wife also opened up about the complications when their son Billy was firstborn. 

"He wasn’t fully baked, so that was very scary in the beginning," Stamos’ wife Caitlin McHugh told People. Billy was born six weeks early after Caitlin started having contractions. "He was very, very small … fragile, little. Every time (he) fell asleep, you’re like, 'Please wake up.' (We were) constantly checking to make sure he was still breathing."

Caitlin posted a new photo of Billy in an oversized sweater and Ugg boots. One user commented, "Oh my goodness, he’s gotten so big this year!" While others said, "Growing so fast!!!" and "Those boots! ❤️ he’s the cutest." 

Stamos and Caitlin agree that once they were out of the woods, they feel like they are parenting in stride. “I waited a long time for a kid,” Stamos said. “I just had to meet the right person to do it with, and to straighten my life out.” 

“He’s a natural,” his wife complimented him. He would joke around about how he was never going to change a diaper, but he’s pretty good at it!” Stamos agrees that he believes becoming a father was his fate. “I was always meant to be a father, I think.” 

The actor frequently posts photos of he and his son doing activities together. Caitlin says Billy is a very happy baby who keeps them busy. “He’s such a happy, giggly guy,” Caitlin told People. “Fake sneezes make him laugh. But not real sneezes. Real sneezes kind of freak him out.”
