The chain of retirement communities is aptly called Latitude Margaritaville. The first community is set to open in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Of course, the community will be located right on the beach. Residents will have the opportunity to stroll down to the sand and surf every day to dip their toes in the water and enjoy the good life.

Almost all of the community's houses will have a view of the sparkling blue ocean. A variety of activities will keep residents busy as they socialize with each other. Although some of the homes boast their own private pool, there is also a massive tropical-themed swimming area that serves as the community gathering place.

The light and breezy architecture and interior design of the homes will make you feel as if you are on vacation all year long. A myriad of restaurants, happy hours on the beach, and more will keep residents happy and connected. With homes starting at $200,000, we are betting they will go quickly.

These amazing pictures will make you want to move in today. After you have checked out this cool retirement concept, be sure to spread this idea to everyone that you know. You never know who might be interested in signing on to retire to the island life!
