Jennifer Lopez’s Daughter Emme Wins The Half Time Show At Super Bowl

The Super Bowl LIV had an unexpected highlight and it had nothing to do with the sport. No, it was the moment during the halftime show when Jennifer Lopez asked her daughter Emme Maribel Muñiz to join her on stage for a special version of some of her old hits.

The 11-year-olds appearance was totally unexpected. Even more unexpected was the young girl's grace, dedication and calm behavior during the show. But it shouldn't have been! Emme, daughter of two well-known artists and dancers, has been on a stage before. Her singing has already been featured in some of JLo's songs in 2018 and 2019 and she even accompanied her mother on her "It's My Party" tour in 2019.

With her parents being Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony (who's real name is Marc Antonio Muñiz), this comes as no surprise. The pair were married from 2004 to 2014 and still remain friends until today. They share custody not only of Emme, but also Emme's twin brother Maximillion David Muñez. While Maximillian has also been featured in videos with JLo before, he doesn't seem to be as interested in the spotlight as his sister.

And another little known fact: Emme has been writing a children's book since she was 10! Her mother started helping her pitch her idea and visiting publishers with her. As told in an instagram story post back in 2018, mom and daughter seemed very excited to start sharing Emme's idea. The book, titled "Lord Help Me" is supposed to contain inspirational prayers and messages.

Did you know all this about Jennifer Lopez' daughter? Had you heard of her before? Pass this along and see whether your friends already know what young Emme is all about!
