Jennifer Lopez Shares Incredibly Rare Photograph Of Lookalike Father – Fans React

Father's Day was on June 20, 2021, and this gave people across the world the opportunity to share meaningful photos of their fathers. From the royal family to Hollywood, Father's Day came with a barrage of rare, throwback pictures that have delighted fans. Jennifer Lopez is one such celebrity, and her photos with her father have shed light on the fact that she is her father's absolute lookalike! Fans were taken aback by how much she takes after her father, who rarely makes an appearance on her social media. 

Lopez also put up an Instagram story for her ex-partner Marc Anthony, with whom she shares twins Emme and Max, who are both 13 years old. Over the years, while Lopez has been making a mark in the entertainment industry, she has not lost sight of what is most important to her: her family. The most recent photo of Lopez with her father shows that she continues to keep her parents close despite her celebrity status. 

Lopez has recently been in the press as her relationship with ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez ended and a rekindling with Ben Affleck, whom she was with during the early 2000s, began. The power couple was affectionately referred to as "Bennifer" in the media and their revival has a lot of fans excited to see what the future holds for the lovebirds. News reports are stating that Lopez has already introduced her children to Affleck and is relocating to Los Angeles from Florida. Though she did not include Affleck in her Father's Day wishes publicly, news reports state that Affleck is already bonding with Lopez's children. 

In her Father's Day post on Instagram, Lopez wrote, "Daddy, there are not enough words to describe what you mean to me…I love you for always…in all ways!" Lopez also wrote a general message for all fathers, "#HappyFathersDay to all the amazing daddies out there showing up everyday for their babies!! You are necessary and appreciated and loved more than you probably will ever know. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Today we celebrate you!!"

Hello! Magazine reported that Jennifer is the second of three children born to David and Guadalupe Rodriguez. The singer has an older sister, Leslie, who performs as an opera singer, and a younger sister, Lynda, who is a journalist and author. Her parents divorced in 1999 after 33 years of marriage. However, Lopez has stayed close to both of her parents over the years. 

Distractify reported that Lopez even went as far as to even try becoming a co-owner of the MLB team earlier in 2021. "I feel like he's always been proud [of me], since I was like running track when I was nine or 10 years old," Lopez said about her father in 2016. "He really thinks about what I go through," she told Hoda Kotb on The Today Show. "He said to me one time, he goes, 'I just want you to know of all the people in the world, there's one person who just loves you and doesn't want anything from you. You have that in your life.'" What a sweet father! It is no wonder that Lopez is so close to her family.

After she posted two photos with her father on Instagram, fans began commenting on her post pointing out the resemblance between her and her father.

InStyle reported that one fan wrote, "Come to find out you been your daddy's twin this whole time!" Another agreed commenting, "Wow! You look just like him!" Certainly, in the throwback photo, it is clear that Lopez has inherited her looks from her father.  

Lopez also posted a Father's Day wish for her ex Marc Anthony, with whom she has two children. For Anthony, InStyle reported that she uploaded Instagram stories that featured a series of photos of the salsa singer and their kids. She included a "Happy Father's Day" sticker over the snaps and tagged Anthony in the posts.

Most recently, Lopez is once again in the forefront of the media thanks to the rekindling of her relationship with her former ex-fiance Ben Affleck. After Lopez's engagement to Rodriguez went south earlier this year, it wasn't long before the multihyphenate was pictured with Affleck, sparking rumors of a reunion. In the following weeks, the pair were spotted together multiple times, including on a trip to Wyoming. As more photos emerged, it became clear that the time for Bennifer 2.0 had arrived. 

According to E! News, a source said that Lopez's kids are already quite fond of Affleck. The source said: 

"Her kids really like Ben and think he's funny and fun to be around. He's totally won the family over with his charm." 

Another onlooker told E! News:

"He [Affleck] was very engaged and seemed to like hanging out with them. They all left together and Ben opened the car door for the kids and made sure they got inside. He was smiling the whole night and seemed very happy with the family."
