Jennifer Lopez kick-started her 2019 tour with a very special performance with her 11-year-old daughter, Emme.

The singer-songwriter and part-time actress officially began her ‘It’s My Party Tour’ on Friday night at The Forum in Los Angeles, and gave fans something to rave about when Emme joined her on stage for a heartwarming performance.

During the concert, Emme surprised everyone by belting out her mother's hit song ‘Limitless’ alongside Lopez. They wore matching red tulle ball gowns, with Emme sporting a cropped sweatshirt on top.

The proud mother then took to Instagram to post a video of the two performing, captioning it:

The 49-year-old mother of two amazed with the array of killer outfits she had for the show, which included a Swarovski encrusted jumpsuit by Versace, paired with silk shimmering ruffled wings.

During rehearsals for the tour, Lopez sat down for an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight, praising her daughters voice.

"She's got her daddy's voice. She's amazing," the proud mother gushed. "It's natural. Emme could always sing. I remember when she was in the crib, when she was a baby, she used to be humming, like, really humming to herself. And Marc would say, 'She's singing, it feels good to her, it feels good to her soul and to her body,' because he was like that. I was like, 'You think she's singing?' And he was like, 'Yeah, yeah.' And he was right, and she's always, since she was little, she could always sing."

Emme also joined her mother when filming the music video for the hit song. Lopez had previously mentioned to Entertainment Tonight that it was possible her daughter would be joining her on stage, that is, only if she herself wanted to.

"If she wants to and she feels comfortable," said Lopez. "It's a big arena. It's different than our Vegas show. It's different than other things that we've been doing -- it's different than filming a video. I think she's come out of her shell in the past couple years."
