Jennifer Lopez Pays Touching Tribute To Her Fiance Alex Rodrigues As He Celebrates 45th Birthday

Our favorite pop queen Jennifer Lopez is officially melting our hearts with a sweet message she penned for her fiance, Alex Rodriguez, as he celebrates his 45th birthday.

Lopez and Rodriguez have been engaged since March last year and have been the ultimate relationship goals for fans everywhere since they went public with their relationship in 2017. 

It came as no surprise that Lopez would write such a heartwarming message for her boo on his 45th birthday. The pop star took to Instagram, where she uploaded a compilation of footage featuring her fiance throughout the years.

"You are on TV right now and I’m sitting here in the studio watching you and thinking about how I only want to be right here with you," she lovingly captioned her post.

"Laughing and joking and enjoying life together... whatever that is, wherever that is...doesn’t matter. That’s the blessing I have in you... happy birthday 13..."

Fans were delighted to see J.Lo's sweet message for Rodriguez, with many posting warm birthday wishes for him in the post's comments.

"WE ALL LOVE YOU AND HOPE YOU HAVE THE BEST DAY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY 💋," wrote one excited fan. 

Lopez and Rodriguez celebrate their birthdays just days apart, with J.Lo turning 51 on July 24. Just as she did, the baseball player took to his own Instagram account to upload his own video to celebrate his boo. 

"Happy Birthday, Macha!!!" he wrote in the caption.

"Every moment with you is magical," he continued. "You are the greatest partner, the best mom, the most amazing performer. A role model. A hero. An inspiration.
I’m so proud of you. I love you so much!"

Although the couple planned on marrying this year, they announced in May that they would be postponing their wedding indefinitely as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. According to E online, the couple was to be wed in Italy. Despite their celebration being postponed, however, the lovebirds seem as loved up as ever. 

"He's like, 'Whatever you want to do, we can talk about it. I said, 'But if we're going to be together for the rest of our lives, what is the rush,'" J.Lo said during Oprah's 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus Tour in Los Angeles.

"If that's what we're really going to do if we're really going to be partners."
