Apart from being named the World's Most Beautiful Woman by People Magazine in 2016, Jennifer Aniston dishes on how she radiates from the inside-out. The actress recently turned 50-years-old and she doesn't look a day over 30.

One of the top things Aniston does to maintain her nearly wrinkle-free, glowing skin is by drinking 100 ounces of water a day. According to Insider, she told Shape Magazine that she has her fridge stocked with freshwater bottle ready-to-go.

She told Women's Health aside from water she relies on eating healthy and exercising to keep her skin looking great. "I think just eating really good fruits and vegetables, less fried food, of course — fried food is terrible, soda is terrible. Just fruits and vegetables and healthy lean proteins and water. Of course, alcohol tends to dry up your skin."

Genetics

Aniston attributes her good skin to good genes given to her by her father. She told Yahoo! Beauty in 2014, "My dad is 100% Greek; he turned 81 and he barely has a wrinkle. And neither does my grandmother, who was 95 when she died." However, Aniston isn't worried about aging.

She said to Allure Magazine that she wishes beauty standards would change around age. "I really wish we could shift our perspective on [aging] as a negative, because it's happening to every single one of us. We just need to be very good to our skin — just take very good care of it. Keep it healthy, and keep it tended to — as we tend to our cars, as we tend to our appliances, as we tend to everything else we tend to."

Skin Treatments

Aniston has been open about the type of skin treatments she gets to maintain her healthy-looking skin. According to InStyle, the actress loves microcurrent facials describing them as "like a little workout for your face." She also dabbles with laser treatments and is a big fan of Thermage which is a treatment that helps stimulate collagen production.

Less Is More

Although there is a multitude of different skin treatments one can get, Aniston believes less is better and to stick to the basics. "I think over the years, everything's just continued to get simpler,"as she told Vogue Magazine. "Less is more, less makeup, less fuss, and just more natural, which I kind of prefer. My skincare treatment is very simple. I've found that anytime I try to do some kind of fancy hair or makeup routine or skincare routine, it gets more complicated."
