James Corden And Ben Platt Belt Out Annie Number During An Impromptu Karaoke Session At The Tonys
Unless you were in the live audience, there may have been one thing you missed this past Sunday at the Tony Awards. During a commercial break, host James Corden asked for someone from the audience to help him sing some Karaoke. Ben Platt a 25-year-old Tony winner gladly accepted the challenge.
Corden and Platt both broke out into song for a crowd-cheering performance of "Tomorrow" from the Broadway Musical "Annie." Ben Platt is famously known for his roles in the "Pitch Perfect" movie franchise and Broadway musicals "Book of Mormon" and "Dear Evan Hansen" according to The Guardian.
Unfortunately, the rendition of "Tomorow" was not televised during the awards show, however, some people in the audience were able to capture the awesome moment on camera.
