Irina Shayk Makes Rare Comment About Bradley Cooper Relationship 7 Months After Split

7 months after Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk broke up the model and mom-of-one has opened up about her split from the actor. The Hollywood actor and supermodel had decided to end their high profile relationship after dating for four years, 

The 34-year-old finally broke her silence on the split with Cooper for her cover on British Vogue's Magazine. In an interview, the model shared some wisdom she has learned through relationships.

 "I think in all good relationships you bring your best and your worst—it's just the nature of a human being," she said. " Two great people don't have to make a good couple."

They’ve pair were together since 2015 when Cooper split from Suki Waterhouse and Shayk broke up with soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo. They were very private about their relationship and only made a red carpet appearance for the first time last year at the Met Gala, reported Harpers Bazaar. The two have a 2-year-old daughter together, Lea De Seine.

Irina commented on her relationship with "A Star Is Born" actor saying, "I think we've been very lucky to experience what we had with each other," she said. "Life without B is new ground."

A source told ET that the pair had been “unhappy in their relationship for some time,” and were already considering a break-up when Cooper was directing and starring in “A Star Is Born.” Conveniently, his beautiful co-star Lady Gaga also split from her fiancé Christian Carino recently, according to People.

Irina admits that being a single mother is difficult despite she and Bradley trying their best to arrange split custody of their little girl. "It's hard to find a balance between being a single mom and being a working woman and provider," the star said. "Trust me, there are days I wake up and I'm like, ‘Oh my god, I don't know what to do, I'm falling apart.'"

The chemistry on screen between Gaga and Cooper as well as in their spark-filled recent Oscars performance got the rumor milling swirling about the timing of the double break-up. But Lady Gaga squashed rumors about the love between them on her appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live."

“People saw love and guess what that’s what we wanted you to see,” She told Jimmy, “This is a love song, ‘Shallow,’ The movie ‘A Star Is Born’ is a love story.”
