Incredible Dance Routine Left The Judges Feeling Blue

With so many talent competitions on the airwaves now, it's hard for anyone to truly stand out. Every once in a while, a performance comes along that blows everyone away. That's what happened when Another Kind of Blue performed on "Britain's Got Talent."

The routine began in a seemingly ordinary way. A woman in a simple dress and a man in a shirt and slacks began to dance. Soon, it became clear that this was no ordinary dance duo. Nino Milazzo and Violet Broersma had something else in store for the audience.

A giant screen flickered to life in the background. At first, it showed a fireplace that roared to life when Milazzo gestured toward it. The backdrop became a dinner scene, complete with a table and chairs, windows, bookshelves, and curtains.

As Broersma and Milazzo danced, they appeared to be interacting with the objects -- sitting in the chair and even pulling a curtain over the window!

As the music swelled with emotion, the scene changed again, sending the dancers "falling" through clouds to land on a pair of giant hands. They continued to dance, embracing each other and even flying through the air while clinging to a bird. You need to see the impressive performance to believe it.

The audience gave Another Kind of Blue a standing ovation, and the judges -- Simon included -- stood as well. The performers made it to the semifinals but failed to take home the overall prize.

They're currently using their mix of innovative choreography and technology to entertain audiences across Europe. Maybe one day they'll take their act worldwide!
