If You Are Noticing Any Of These Signs, A Demon Could Be Haunting You

Just about everyone loves getting together with friends to watch a good horror movie. We all want to see aspects of the demonic from the safety of our living room. But sometimes, things happen around us that we can't explain, and then we realize that a lot of what we see in scary movies isn't so far-fetched after all.

We often think of these paranormal experiences as being caused by ghosts, maybe our loved ones we hope. But unfortunately, we are often encountering something far more malevolent. Before you know it, you realize that you are being haunted by a demonic entity. And a haunting can escalate over time into a possession.

What sort of things lead people to become possessed by demons? If you are living somewhere where many violent deaths have occurred, or are at a place where much suffering has occurred, you could be at risk of demonic influence. Dwelling too much on the darkness of the world (like the occult)or attempting to contact spirits (through the Ouija board or through seances) can also welcome a demon into your life.

You can be possessed by a demon, and so can your home. Both could even end up happening. There are many signs. Some signs are more subtle and some are horrifying, but you can always tell when the demonic is present if you but look.

The shadows can be solid, definite black shapes or wispy like vapor. But you can always discern when they are occurring. You might start by seeing shadows in the periphery of your vision, and, later, shadows darting under doors.
 

Demons can give off terrible smells, especially when the presence is getting stronger. This sign could mean that the demon wants its presence to be known. You'll tend to smell something like rotting flesh or putrid waste. But you'll never quite tell where it's coming from.
 

You'll be home alone, but then suddenly you just know you are hearing footsteps. You may also hear faint whispering or faint knocking. You may hear doors slamming. This is the demon trying to get your attention. The flickering of lights could be a sign that the demon has entered the house or your room.
 

Your cats or dogs may begin to howl or hiss at things that can't be seen. They may also avoid certain parts of the house.
 

Before going to sleep you may begin to be in a terrible mood. You may think you hear someone calling your name, or faint murmurings out of earshot, maybe even in a strange language. While asleep you could have terrible nightmares, seeing horrible things happen to your family and loved ones. You may even see the demon in one form or another in your dreams. When you wake up, you might notice horrible scratches on your arms and legs, or the Cross by your bed turned upside down!
