Husky Knows That It's Time To Go Into His Crate, Throws A Hilarious Tantrum

Jun 09, 2019 by apost team

Most dogs are crate trained pretty easily. They often love their little space and feel safe in their den. However, some dogs, like Blaze the husky, seem to hate going into their crate more than anything.

Make no mistake, Blaze is totally lovable, and like most huskies, he’s friendly and smart. But he can be very stubborn.

When Blaze doesn’t get his way, he makes sure his owner knows his displeasure; trying to get Blaze into his crate is a hilarious exercise every single time. While Blaze’s human definitely loves his stubborn dog, he apparently has to take extreme measures in order to convince his dog to do something he doesn’t want to.

Blaze’s owner uploaded a hilarious video to YouTube that shows him trying to convince the obstinate husky to get into his crate.

Blaze’s reaction is very funny and also very relatable. It just seems so human!

The video starts with Blaze staring up at his owner while lying on the floor. He can tell that his human is going to ask him something he won't like.

“I think it’s time to go in the kennel,” the man says, while gently prodding Blaze to get him up. However, Blaze refuses to move. He's not budging. “Come on,” the man repeats. Blaze defiantly stares into the camera. “Can you believe this guy?!”, he seems to say.

Blaze then moans loudly and to us humans, it just sounds so much like he's saying “No.” “Come on,” the human repeats. Blaze says “No” once again.

It's clear that this is not the first attempt to get Blaze to go into his kennel. Blaze definitely knows the game. But Blaze's human won’t stop. He keeps trying to get the stubborn dog up, saying “Come on!” Every time, Blaze replies “No!”

After taking a gentle approach with Blaze for about 30 times, Blaze's owner stops playing games and drags the stubborn dog across the floor.

But Blaze manages to break free. And his human keeps telling the obstinate husky to go into his kennel. It becomes obvious once and for all that Blaze is not going to move. The video abruptly ends, and we don’t see how this power struggle ends.

Everyone loves this video of the stubborn husky, and the video has received nearly 21 million YouTube views.

The video’s description says that at the time the video was shot, Blaze the husky was 11 months old. His slightly immature behavior becomes a little more understandable when we realize that Blaze was still a puppy at this point.

Still, we can't help but think that he just seems to act more like a human toddler than a dog!

This is not Blaze’s only claim to online fame. His owner has uploaded many videos to Blaze's Facebook page. Blaze is clearly very special, a unique personality and a gentle soul in a big dog body.

In one video on his Facebook page, Blaze gently plays with a small kitty, despite the fact the feline was clearly attempting to annoy him.

Blaze surely keeps his human and animal roommates laughing! Make sure to show this story with all your dog-loving friends and family members and give them the best laugh they've had today.
