Hunter Weiss, a 5-year-old boy, passed away after suffering an accident involving a truck. His father, an avid bike rider and member of a local club, asked some of his buddies to ride along in the funeral procession. Hunter had always shared in his father's passion for motorcycles.

His father expected maybe a few hundred bikers at most to join in the procession. When the day finally arrived, his family was shocked at the number of bikers that decided to show support to Hunter's family and pay tribute to his memory.

Hunter was a resident of Magna, Utah. According to a report by ABC News, the incident occurred when he was at the house of his grandparents. Hunter learned to love and appreciate motorcycles due to his father's affinity for the hobby.

After Hunter's father mentioned the procession to a few friends, social media was set on fire with talk of the procession. The news even went beyond social media to attract bikers in the club who had never met Hunter or his father but who had a dedication to the club and other members.

When Saturday morning rolled around, Hunter's family was blown away by the outpour of support. The entire club arrived to show their support and pay respects to the family.

The procession ended up having over 2,000 motorcycle riders. The Greater Salt Lake Unified Fire Authority also participated in the procession in a fire truck. It was flashing its emergency lights all the way.

Hunter's father led the procession and even brought along his son's miniature helmet and motorcycle. The rest of the family was riding right behind Hunter's father. The rest of the 2,000 bikers followed behind them. Many of the bikers paid their respects by approaching Hunter's casket after the eight-minute procession. Some prayed for the child, and others left bandanas.

One of the family members ensured that each biker was thanked for their support and love. Hunter's family wanted them to know that their selfless gesture wouldn't ever be forgotten.
