The woman received what appeared to be bad news at first. Her boss had no intention of continuing with the cafe. He wished to close it down. Chapman pleaded a case to her boss. She convinced him to let her run the operation. Besides managing the restaurant, she would make weekly payments to the owner as part of a deal to buy the enterprise. At £200 to £400 per week, Chapman needed to make sure the restaurant operated well and turned a profit.

Everything worked out beyond perfectly for Caz Chapman. After a few years went by, she gained total ownership of the establishment. She can now tell everyone how she worked her way from homelessness to successful restaurant entrepreneurship. Her tale is sure to inspire many.
