Homelessness is a heart-wrenching issue all over the world. People have to sleep outside, wear torn clothes, and suffer the elements 24/7. They often go days without fresh food. There are homeless shelters, but they aren't open to everyone. They are often filled to the brim with residents, leaving no room for the select few that don't make it indoors in time.

Homeless people often have to rely on the good hearts of other citizens.

He was greeted with a friendly smile from Beck, one of the employees of Huey's. The homeless man was obviously nervous when he asked what he could purchase with only two dollars.

Surprisingly, Beck offered him a burger and fries for his 2 dollars.

Anyone who has eaten at a good burger joint knows that 2 dollars isn't going to get you a full meal. The waitress also made sure to give him a drink.

Dawn Wilt, one of the patrons at the restaurant gave his eyewitness testimony on Facebook. He praised Beck for having such a good heart and explained that he obviously received much more food than he actually paid for. Dawn went as far as to compare Beck to the bartender in "It's a Wonderful Life."

Very few people would do what Beck did, especially for someone they didn't know. Cheers to Huey's and its employees for having such a kind heart.

If you can't do a good deed yourself today, perhaps you could tell your friends and family about this heart-warming story. Simply reading about such an act of kindness could encourage countless people to go out and do some good.
