Street performers are found everywhere these days. It's just not that uncommon to see one around the city area. But this type of performer may not be so common. Jonny Walker, a United Kingdom Based busker, chose to perform in Leeds on one cold night.

He is normally a solo performer but he decided to allow a guest into his performance. Without hesitation, Walker allowed a homeless man to join in. Thank goodness he did. His addition to the performance was not a disappointment.

Bernard, the homeless man, has quite a back story of his own. He is very known and loved all around the city.

He has two children of his own and is a former cast member of "Harry's Game," a TV show. He was also formerly a part of the Irish Folk scene.

What we've written here about the performance just doesn't do justice for the sound of his voice. You'll have to hear it for yourself.

You won't be sorry that you have took the time to listen either. It shows that talent can be found anywhere and that you surely can't judge a book by its cover.

Sadly, in 2021, Leeds Live reported that Walker, who was well-known around the city as a popular busker, had passed away. In his honor, a memorial stone was placed at the spot where he'd often busk that read:

"Jonny's Pitch. 'Music on our streets bringing life.' Jonathan D.Walker 1980 -2018. Keep Streets Live."

Take a look at this video and see what you think. Would you have thought this man would be able to sing like that? Would you have considered that he had a past, especially one on TV? Let us know what your thoughts are in the comments below.
