Jeffery Dean Morgan is an actor, probably known most notably for his roles on Grey's Anatomy and The Walking Dead. What people probably don't know about him is that he is also an animal lover. When some kids were selling some puppies in Venice Beach, California, he couldn't resist buying one of his own.

According to PawMyGosh, inside of the box, there were a whole lot of puppies, 3 litters of them. They were each selling for $350. Not all of them were healthy, and while Morgan could have chosen one of the ones that was, he instead went with what looked like the sickliest one to him. This is because he knew he could give it the love it needed, and so he then offered $20 for the dog.

Because of what it was going through, being tiny and delicate and all, the dog had to be bottle fed by him. Pop Sugar reports that he told Hudson Valley News Network that he rescued her on the Venice boardwalk. He dug through the three litters to find one that was about four inches long and that he thought might not even make it through the day. He then bottle fed the dog for about a month to get it back healthy.

He also explained that she used to kiss her way around the bottle when he fed her, so he decided to name her Bisou, which means "kiss" in French. The loving that he gave apparently worked for him and Bisou. That dog that he originally wasn't sure if she would make it through the night ended up staying around and living a lot of life for a long while. Jeffery had a relationship with her for 17 years until she passed away in 2015.
