On August 18th, a singer named Chelsea Taylor suffered an Aneurysm while leading a church service in Sydney, Australia. A brain aneurysm is a potentially lethal brain bleed and a serious medical crisis, so physicians needed to act quickly to save her life. The church pastor sent out a post on social media to encourage prayers for Chelsea as doctors battled her condition.
"She has just come through a 9-hour brain surgery and we are believing for no more bleeds complete healing and miracles in Jesus name," Pastor Cassandra Langton said on Instagram. "We are not out of the woods by any means — tonight she is in ICU but we believe in Jesus, his resurrection power and for hope to appear."
However, since undergoing surgery Chelsea's condition has greatly improved. Some of her musical colleagues referred to her as a living miracle and asked for prayers. Chelsea leads the worship services on Sunday, and she is loved by many of the attendees and musicians at the church.

Chelsea made a miraculous recovery, CBN News reported Langton had updated her Instagram story (which disappears in 24 hours) about Chelsea's recovery. “Her results are incredible!” the Hillsong Creative pastor wrote. “They revealed minimal vasospasms that were attended to and the doctors are confident there won’t be anymore.”
Langton also said that the doctors were “hoping to have the draining tubes out in a couple of days, saying ‘it’s really good news and we’re confident.”
According to CBN News Chelsea is now awake and in good spirits. Hillsong staff told the news station that Chelsea said “See you Sunday” after they visited her in the hospital. “Not sure it will be that quick but she’s very keen to be leaving the hospital and getting back into life, particularly work!” Langton said to the news outlet, that Chelsea is “literally a miracle in motion."
Her family is grateful to God for Chelsea's amazing recovery. Despite the nine-hour surgery and modern advancements, they believe it is the work of God that Chelsea is recovering so well. Langton also said about Chelsea, "she’s a worshipper, a lover of Jesus and one of the purest hearts ever."
