The last thing a father thought he would see while waiting in traffic was his daughter foaming at the mouth with a seizure. However, his worst nightmare became a reality when his daughter suffered a tonic seizure on May 23.

Fifty-one-year-old Sorachat Sadudee says he was lost in panic when his daughter was stricken with the potentially deadly seizure. The incident took place not long after Sorachat picked his daughter up from school in their native Phitsanulok, Thailand. The father tried to rush home when the problem started but the traffic would not allow for much progress.

When his daughter, Kaimook, went limp in the backseat, Sorachat began yelling through his window at other motorists for help. The anguish on the father's face is clear when he recounts the terrible state of his daughter. Her skin was pale and her mouth was green. Her hands were shaking and the heat he felt when he touched her skin.

Thankfully, a 28-year-old biker named Itthiphon Petchphibunpong was available to help the man and his daughter. He saw the frightened father as he reached out for help from anyone that could hear him. He saw the man was trying to revive a little girl who was unconscious in the backseat. Itthiphon began to knock on the windows of other drivers once he understood the gravity of the situation. He asked them to make way for the car Sorachat was driving.

Itthiphon's help allowed Sorachat to move his vehicle to the side of the road. He was then able to transfer his daughter from the car to the motorcycle driven by Itthiphon. The motorcycle was soon on the move and Itthiphon moved expertly through the traffic while he transported father and daughter to the hospital. Four minutes later, they were at the hospital and Sorachat's daughter received the medical attention she needed.

Kaimook was saved by emergency workers before being moved to another hospital where further treatment awaited her. Sorachat was able to sigh in relief once sure his daughter was safe. He says he can not find the words to adequately thank Itthiphon for his help. Itthiphon says he did not know how to help the young girl when he saw she was having a seizure. But he knew he could get her to the hospital on his motorcycle.
