Heidi Klum Secretly Married Tom Kaulitz In February And We Had No Clue

Boy, do we have a surprise for you! Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz have been married since February and managed to keep it on the down-low until now.  

According to TMZ, the couple secretly wed just two months after they announced their engagement in December 2018. This was reportedly confirmed by People via a confidential marriage certificate issued by the state of California. The happy couple have not yet responded to the public on news of their nuptials.

Rumors about the couple dating started back in March 2018, which were confirmed in May 2018 when they made their first public appearance together in Cannes. The 46-year-old told Ellen Degeneres that she first met Kaulitz in February 2018. 

“That was the day when actually I didn’t want to go out, at all, because I was working and I came home at night and it was my friend's birthday and he said ‘Please come!’” She explained. “So I get ready, and I put my heels on and I went to the birthday party, and there he was!”

"It was to the point so bad when I couldn’t even look at him," she continued.

"You know when you’re attracted to someone so badly you’re like, 'Oh my gosh, I can’t even look at him.'"

The former Project Runway star announced her engagement to the Tokio Hotel guitarist on Christmas Eve in 2014 on her Instagram. Klum posted a photo on her profile showing an intimate moment between the couple, showing off her new engagement ring. She captioned the photo: “I SAID YES ❤️”

Now we can only have our fingers crossed that she will post some photos of their wedding too! 

This marks the third time the mother-of-four walked down the aisle; she previously married Ric Pipino between 1997-2002 and then musician Seal from 2004-2014. Kaulitz had also previously married to Ria Sommerfeld between 2015 and 2018.  Klum addressed criticism in regards to the 15 year age difference between the couple last year in an interview with InStyle.

"My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it," she said. "That's really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it. I don't really think about it that much otherwise. You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles."
