Heartbroken Young Girl Gives Divorced Parents Tear-Jerking Advice That Instantly Goes Viral

Tiana was six years old when she heard her parents arguing over something. Tired of hearing her parents fight, Tiana decided to put a stop to the heated debates. She sat her mom down for a lecture, which her mother recorded. The mini mediator had no idea that her speech would make her internet famous.

Tiana’s parents were squabbling over a commotion that had occurred in the garage. Cherish Sherry, Tiana’s mother, had apparently caused a shoe rack to tip over when she parked in the garage one day. She stumbled out of the car to find more than 50 pairs of shoes strewn all over the place.

Cherish’s former husband immediately reprimanded her for buying such a cheap shoe rack. Although the couple wasn’t exactly fighting, they weren’t speaking nicely to each other, either.

The young child’s wise words might have prevented the situation from turning into a full-fledged screaming match, Cherish admits. Tiana suggested that her parents treat each other like friends who were trying to be helpful.

“Why you guys don’t try to be nice to each other?” she asked.

It worked. The astute girl’s parents stopped arguing and followed Tiana inside, where she had some more words of wisdom for her mother.

"I don't want you and my dad to be replaced and meanies again. I want you and my dad to be placed and settled and be friends. I'm not trying to be mean. I just want everyone to be friends. And if I can be nice, I think all of us can be nice too. I'm not trying to be mean but I'm trying to do my best in my heart. Nothing else than that. I want my mom, my dad, everyone, to be friends. I want everyone to be smiling."

Tiana’s inspiring words about friendship were eye-opening. It turns out that the child just wants everyone to be friends. She wants to see smiles on everyone’s faces, and she thinks that if she can do the best to find love in her heart, everyone should be able to do the same.

This adorable video is worth a view. Perhaps you can learn a little bit about kindness and compassion from Tiana too.
