After a whirlwind romance, Tebow proposed to the former Miss Universe of 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters. The South-African native echoed the sweet sentiments of Tebow, also posting a picture on her own Instagram account. The engagement was an elaborate event with many family and friends in attendance. Tebow hid the plans from Nel-Peters under the guise that he was giving his dad a new truck.

Tebow played college football at the University of Florida, leading the Gators to the BCS National Championship in both 2006 and 2008. He began his professional career with the Denver Broncos with additional stints with the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and Philadelphia Eagles. After his football career was over, Tebow turned his sights to baseball. He is now currently playing outfield for the New York Mets.

This story is too sweet to be kept to yourself. As one of the country's most eligible bachelors, everyone will be interested in seeing the pictures from the surprise engagement. Be sure to spread the pics to everyone that you know so that we can all wish the happy couple good luck in their new life together.
