Sometimes it is the smallest acts of kindness that mean the most.
Sid Edwards was touched by the compassion of a grocery store clerk at the Rouses Market in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sid was at the store with his 17-year-old son Jack Ryan when the act of kindness happened reports KGUN.
Jack Ryan is on the autism spectrum, making grocery shopping a challenging experience at times. The looks of strangers can make something as simple as going to the store stressful for Jack Ryan and his family.
However, one store clerk brightened their day in a big way.

Jack Ryan loves the store's coolers that are filled with cold drinks. Because of this fascination, it was no surprise when Jack Ryan was captivated by a store clerk stocking bottles of orange juice into the coolers.
The clerk, 20-year-old Jordan Taylor, noticed that Jack Ryan was intrigued by the work that he was doing. Then Jordan happened to overhear Jack Ryan saying that he wished that he could also stock the coolers.
Rather than just ignore the comment, Jordan decided to do what he could to make the teenager's day. For 30 minutes, Jordan let Jack Ryan stock the coolers with him. Sid said "I'm watching a miracle right now" as per WAFB as he saw his son become so fulfilled by such a simple act.
Sid recorded the special moment and Jack Ryan's sister posted the video to her Facebook. She also made sure to tag the store in the post so that the managers would see how Jordan went out of his way to spread joy to Jack Ryan.
Now you can enjoy this touching moment by watching Jack at work doing what he loved. After you have watched the sweet clip, be sure to spread the message of kindness to everyone that you know.
