Grandma Shocks Judges With Leather Outfit During ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Audition

Looks aren’t always what they seem! When a granny in frumpy clothing walked out on stage during auditions for Britain’s Got Talent, the crowd and judges were skeptical. But Jenny Darren, a 68-year-old retiree, gave a confident “Absolutely!” when asked if she could win the competition. Her talent? Singing rock n’ roll! But that’s not all…

“Okay, just bear with me…”

Jenny was given the go-ahead to start her performance, but she immediately started to remove her long pink cardigan. “Since when did Britain’s Got Talent become a strip show?” the crowd must have been wondering as Jenny proceeded to remove her top.
 

Simon and the judges were clearly surprised as Jenny continued to undress on the side of the stage, and no one expected what she was wearing underneath.
 

Jenny marched back to center stage donning a leather skirt, knee-high boots and loose hair and started her song with a high note that would make every rock legend proud! Stomping around stage singing AC/DC’s “Highway To Hell,” Jenny got the crowd on their feet with her electric energy and impeccable vocals.

This grandma knows how to rock!
 

The most entertaining part of the audition is how natural rock n’ roll is for the senior singer. Jenny didn’t show any sign of hesitation or shyness while performing, and she perfectly imitated the voice inflections of the original song while still making it her own.

Everyone was head banging and rocking out along with the cool grandma and couldn’t hold back their cheers and screams when she hit her final high note.
