"I found him on the internet, on Facebook and I also found him on YouTube. I got hooked on his videos and I watched 438 videos, but they were all so inspiring and so exciting. I said 'I just have to do it."

With regard to her makeover, she says: "I don't want to look like a grandmother 'cos I don't feel like a grandmother." She also says that she's ready to go short and that if she could pull off a pixie cut she would. Now, that's called risk-taking! She's clearly confident in herself and trusts Christopher's vision wholeheartedly. What's most important to her is that she doesn't "feel like an old dowdy grandmother."

Well, after her transformation she's certainly not a dowdy grandmother anymore! Christopher and his team cropped her hair into a short pixie but left her gorgeous curls on the top while giving her a warm brown hair color with a few highlights. Her classic makeup is beautiful, while the eyeliner around her eyes makes them pop. She's no longer a dowdy grandmother but a sexy one! We wouldn't have recognized her to be honest—she just looks so different from how she did before
