If you have a dog, then you’ve probably been drawn to a lot of dog toys and balls. While these things are so fun to pick out, it’s frustrating how often they aren’t actually used by the dogs! Thankfully, there are some toys that simply catch a dog’s attention and help them to not only have fun but also enjoy some healthy exercise. One recent video clip has proven that dogs can absolutely have a blast with their toys sometimes!

In the video, a Golden Retriever dog is having a blast in the snow with his blue ball that’s made of rubber. The dog is running around like he’s lost his mind – and then something stunning happens! The happy puppy bites into the ball a little too hard and, for the first time ever, the dog hears it let out a loud squeak!

The dog, whose name is Walter, is totally shocked by the noise. He can’t seem to understand that it came from the ball. He drops it to the ground and looks around in confusion. Finally deciding that things are okay, he picks the ball back up to play with it more. Chomping down on it for a second time, the ball lets out another squeak and Walter quickly drops it into the snow. Poor Walter!

The beautiful dog is about to drive himself crazy with the squeaking noise! The video showcases his hilarious antics as he continues to make the ball squeak and then looks just as stunned each time. While we can’t help but feel sorry for Walter, it’s hilarious to see him so confused about a noise that he’s making.

Dog toys not only help a dog get exercise but they can also promote good mental health. Owners should have between six to eight dog toys that they rotate so that the dogs won’t get bored with using them. Noisy toys or toys that get a reaction from the dog are the best kinds to use. Obviously, Walter’s toy was just about perfect – if only he can figure out that he’s the one making the noise when he bites it!
