While this may come off as a joke, we can assure you it is not. The fire department in the city of Buckeye, Arizona, has been warning residents all over about snakes that have begun to inhabit pool noodles. They slither into the inside of the noodle and start a life there, much to the discontent of pool owners.

A report indicates that one of the locals of Buckeye had begun to store his pool noodles against to the wall adjacent to his pool. He indicated that this would be a safe and harmless decision, as most reasonably would, but this happens not to be the case. The next time he tried to use his pool noodles, a rattlesnake popped out and surprised him. Luckily, no was bitten or seriously injured during the process. However, the man did find that there were a couple of other young rattlesnakes living in his pool noodles.

It is fortunate that no one was attacked by the rattlesnakes in the pool toys. The Buckeye Fire Department did discover, however, that some of the snakes have laid eggs in pool noodles. This indicates that the problem could persist and even grow if there are more snakes on the loose

It is probably the right decision to cancel the use of pool noodles this summer. While the probability of snake attack may not be particularly high, we can guarantee you do not want to take any chances with rattlesnakes. You may want to switch to another alternative pool toy that does not provide a healthy habitat for poisonous snakes. If your summer is a bit less exciting without pool noodles, you at least rest assured that you are not at risk of being poisoned.

As has been indicated, poisonous rattlesnakes have begun to inhabit the pool noodles of Buckeye, Arizona. You should be keenly aware of this and avoid the chance of being affected by the snakes. Show this story to family and friends to spread awareness and prevent further dangers.
