When the garbage truck pulled up to Jonathan's house, one worker immediately noticed the artwork. Instead of throwing the pieces of paper away with the rest of the trash, the kind garbageman found a special place for the artwork. He placed some of the art in his truck and hung others from his dashboard. Jonathan, along with his mother Christina, was touched by the kind gesture. They hoped to meet the garbageman officially within the following week.

After a few days had passed, Christina was eagerly awaiting an opportunity to meet the kind garbageman. One day, she rushed outside to catch the garbageman after hearing the truck driving down the street. Christina thanked the man for his kindness and introduced her son Jonathan. Christina explained that her son had special needs. Antonio, their local garbageman, gave Jonathan a hug and proceeded to introduce himself. Jonathan was ecstatic at the meeting.

These kind gestures were enough for the friendship to grow between Antonio and Jonathan. Christina was inspired and moved by her son's reaction to Antonio's kindness. She decided to start documenting their weekly meetings with her phone. The mother was interviewed by Inside Edition. She described the encounters as "priceless" and "beautiful". Christina was inspired to film the encounters in order to share this amazing story with others.

The video has received attention from media outlets around the country who are inspired to spread this amazing story to their audiences. Christina's videos have also gone viral on social media outlets. Millions of viewers have been encouraged by this video to be nicer, more understanding, and patient with others. Antonio could have simply carried on with his daily routine without having done anything wrong. Instead, this kind man decided to go out of his way to be nice to somebody else.
