Fans of Miss Universe soon realized that the young woman was dating football star Tim Tebow, and observers began to watch the couple closely. Tebow confirmed the rumors of the romance, even though he remains a fiercely private man.

The relationship was confirmed further when the Tebow and Nel-Peters families met each other during Tebow’s parents’ 47th wedding anniversary celebration.

Nel-Peters met Tebow at a “Night to Shine” event that she attended to support her special needs sister. Later, Nels-Peters developed her charity work that branched off from that event. Not only does Nel-Peters use Instagram to share her charity’s message, but she also shares her faith in God, too. One of the most famous of these posts described the true meaning of Easter.

Nowadays, she is involved in God’s Love We Deliver, a charity organization that is non-profit. This group cooks nutritious food and delivers it to sick people in the New York area.

Recently Miss Philippines won the title of Miss Universe because of her excellent answer to the final question. After the winner, Catriona Gray, was announced, Nel-Peters took her last walk as Miss Universe.

Then she gave her closing comments, giving the glory to her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, her saviour.

She ended her time as Miss Universe the glory for her successes to God’s provision and Jesus Christ.

Please take time to reflect on the brave testimony of this robust and lovely woman. What did you think about the ordeal? Let us know in the comments - and feel free to pass this along to your friends and family!
