Certified nurse anesthetists Gary Cozine, Doug Meuwissen, Rich Leyh and Keith Larson all moonlight as parody singers in their spare time as part of the The Laryngospasms, named after the medical term for the sensation of not being able to speak or breath. Back in 2008, Cozine uploaded a music video on his YouTube channel for the group's popular original parody track Waking Up Is Hard To Do.
