Kaitlyn Weaver, an American-Canadian ice professional dancer, is a three-time universe champion at only 29 years. Kaitlyn teamed up with Andrew Poje, a Canadian, who is also a world champion. In 2015, the two performed at the World Figure Skating Championships. The couple offers a very moving and emotional performance as they dance to the track “Say Something.” In a well-bred routine, Andrew and Kaitlyn moved the audience with their impressive slides, jumps, curves, and lifts.

‘Say Something’ is an exceptionally moving and emotional song. It represents someone who was about to end or renounce the relationship, but at the same time understood the small faith that it could still be saved so long as one of the partners say something to make the other party remain. This song represents a situation that most individuals experience at some point in their lives.

Christina Aguilera and a Great Big World sung this beautiful song and won a Grammy Award in Best Group Performance/Pop Duo in 2015. In the same year, the track turned out to be the favorite song for a new Duo competition.

However, instead of the STAPLES Center, the venue of the competition was on the ice. Andrew Poje and Kaitlyn Weaver chose this touching song to perform their 2015 winning routine.

Kaitlyn started her love of figure skating at an early age of 6. When she was 11 years old, she became attracted to ice dancing. She participated in the 2006 duet competition, the National Pewter Medalists in the United States, where she collaborated with Charles Clavey. The two became 4th in the dance on ice category at the junior level. Unfortunately, they split-up after the contest.

However, it could be a blessing in disguise as she eventually teamed up with Andrew, whose love for ice dancing started at age seven. In contrast with Kaitlyn, he had already worked with two other great ice dancers. He earned his first Canadian rookie silver award when he contested with Alexandra Nino. In 2004, he worked with Alice Graham. Together they secured a junior bronze medal at the 2005 Championship in Canada. It will be another two years before he meets his soul mate in ice dancing, Kaitlyn Weaver. It is exciting to see Andrew and Kaitlyn together; they radiate an unmistakable chemistry every time.

In the video, you will observe amazing moves. One of the most interesting is when Andrew lifts Kaitlyn with one hand, and the other is when he lifts her as she slid across the floor.
