During this holiday season, you may have missed the next big television premiere that has everyone talking. It’s called “The Masked Singer,” and it premiered on Fox while you were probably spending time with your loved ones and trying to unwind from all the screen time that you usually indulge in throughout the year. But what you missed on the program has everyone buzzing and with all the hype that it received, this show is sure to be a long-lasting hit!

The most interesting part about this show is that new fans think that they’ve cracked the code of the show already in just the first few weeks! But what exactly is the concept of the show? Famous artists in costumes that perform a few songs and try to get the audience to guess who they are.

Dressed up as mythical or realistic characters such as monsters, unicorns or deer, the contestants on the show do their best to disguise their signature voices in order to trick the audience into not knowing who they are. The performances are exciting and extremely entertaining to watch, and it’s a cool and unique concept to have a singing show that is based on audience perception and enjoying the music without knowing who you are actually listening to underneath the mask.

It could get you to open up your eyes about an artist that you've never given a chance before! Each week that the show airs, one of the masked performers gets eliminated. When it’s their time to go, their identity gets exposed! However, there’s one contestant that has everybody talking.

The contestant dressed up as a lion has been drawing quite the buzz from country fanatics and fans of the new television show. Everyone is convinced that the lion is no other than the beautiful singer Carrie Underwood!

From clues such as the designer of the lion costume being someone that Carrie has worked with before, to her voice when she performs certain songs, everyone is sure that the lion is the country icon. But with her time on the show not up yet, no one can know for sure who the masked lion is.
