Fallen Soldier’s Remains Are Escorted Off Plane - Then Teens Break Into Song And Nobody Expects It

Emotion struck an entire plane as a group of teenagers joined together and sang "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" as the remains of a soldier were escorted from their plane.

The plane was from Germany and had made a long journey to it's destination in Atlanta, Georgia. The passengers were informed overhead by the pilot that the guest of honor, a former soldier's remains from WWII would be given the respect to deplane the aircraft first. This WWII soldier was, at last, being escorted to his final resting place in Georgia. An Army Private was the one that was escorting the remains of the soldier off the plane. What he encountered was a complete shock.

As he began the journey to exit the plane, passengers began to stand and sing. What others didn't know what that the Ambassador of Music Choir from Iowa was on board. He wanted to share their gift with everyone and honor the fallen soldier. This was sure to be an event that people would never forget.

This wasn't planned. They had no idea this was going to happen. They didn't even know about the soldier being on board until the announcement. The choir directed just proceeded out of impulse and deep respect. His choir didn't hesitate to join in and follow his lead. Their beautiful voices harmonize in an angelic manner, that it's sure to give you the chills from the strong emotion that put behind their words.

As they finish their song, passengers everywhere begin to cheer them on. They are so happy to share this moment with them. They compliment them on their kind performance and also the respect they showed, which is hard to come by from most teenagers these days. Check out the video here.
