SpaceX recently launched the Falcon Heavy rocket, a feat that many expected to fail due to its massive size. The impressive rocket was carrying SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk's cherry red Roadster, which is now making its merry way into Mars' orbit

But what goes up, must come down. The two boosters attached to the rocket were set to arrive on the Florida coast, and everything went to plan. People watched eagerly as the boosters flew through the air at a rapid space like two meteors, and the footage is absolutely breathtaking.

"Two candles coming down!"

The boosters have a "final burn" before reaching land, but there is a delay before you hear the roar of the sonic boom from the blast. This is something you typically miss out on when watching a livestream of the event, but thankfully people were there recording this unforgettable moment.

We recommend keeping your volume at a reasonable level and wearing headphones when watching this video. The sonic booms come near the end, so be ready!

Just WOW.

SHARE this video with your friends and family if it absolutely made you gasp!
